Overview

Where there’s an opportunity to earn rewards, people who are clever enough to try to exploit the system will surely appear. The higher the rewards, the more likely it is that they will emerge. Flipsuite offers some basic bot protection settings you can tweak to prevent that.

Discord Protection

Since people need to be present in your server to claim their raiding rewards, you can shield yourself from bots in your server using one of the renowned member verification Discord bots such as Wick Bot or Security Bot. We let the professionals handle this aspect. This is a first, and the most important security layer that you should focus on anyway if you’re running a Discord server.

Account Requirements

Additionally, you can set minimum Discord and X account age limits, as well as a minimum required number of followers on X, to prevent fresh, suspicious accounts from claiming the rewards. If you spot X account that you think is a bot account, you can ban them as well.
Banning an account does not prevent it from interacting with your post on X, it just prevents them from claiming the rewards.

How to enable bot protection?

To tweak bot protection settings, go to the Raiding tab in your community dashboard and switch to the Settings tab.
