By inviting Flipsuite to your Discord server or logging into our website (https://flipsuite.xyz/), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service (“Terms”). You are responsible for informing members of your Discord server about these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or adding Flipsuite to your server.

You are strictly prohibited from using Flipsuite in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service or for any illegal purposes. We strive to prevent such misuse to maintain the best user experience possible. If you encounter individuals or communities misusing Flipsuite, please report to us promptly at team@flipsuite.xyz.

Proprietary Rights

Flipsuite retains all rights and ownership of publicly available data, including but not limited to our code repositories. We grant you a limited, non-commercial license to use such data solely for your internal needs. Commercial use, including selling, licensing, or monetizing this data, is strictly prohibited without prior express written permission from Flipsuite.

Availability

Flipsuite is provided “as-is” without guarantees regarding future availability, functionality, or purpose. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. User-related data, including backups, may be deleted at our discretion without notice and are non-transferable between Discord accounts. Premium features, if any, are subject to change or revocation without prior notice. Access to all or specific features may be revoked for any user or server at Flipsuite’s sole discretion.

However, Flipwallets will remain available to users whenever reasonably possible to ensure continued access to wallet services.

Wallets and Flipwallets

Embedded Flipwallets

Flipsuite creates a Flipwallet for each user tied to their Discord ID upon account creation. Flipwallets are embedded application wallets using industry-standard security and encryption. However, they should not be used as your primary wallet for storing assets.

Due to their nature as server wallets, there is a non-zero risk of loss of access or control over funds under certain unforeseen conditions. Users are encouraged to maintain best practices and utilize non-custodial wallets for primary asset custody.

Flipsuite will not initiate any transactions or act on behalf of a user relating to their Flipwallet without receiving the user’s prior express authorization.

User Accountability

You agree not to use wallets other than your own, not to access wallets of other users without authorization, and not to assist others in gaining unauthorized access. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

All personal data collected during wallet creation and usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Token Support and Pricing

Token Listing Fee

Token support requests are subject to a flat listing fee of $250 USD (or equivalent in USDC). Discounts or incentives may be offered at Flipsuite’s sole discretion but are not guaranteed.

Flipsuite reserves the right to accept or decline any token listing request in its sole discretion.

Token Maintenance and Removal

Flipsuite may remove tokens at its sole discretion in rare cases including but not limited to:

  • Developers found to be bad actors engaging in malicious or fraudulent behavior.
  • Tokens with malicious, unsafe, or harmful smart contracts.

Notification regarding removal will typically provide a 30-day grace period after continued violation.

Flippy AI Agent Policy

Users may not exploit, manipulate, or maliciously interact with Flippy, Flipsuite’s AI agent. Any such conduct will result in restricted, suspended, or terminated access to Flippy and potentially other Flipsuite services.

Alt Account Policy

Using multiple Discord accounts owned or controlled by the same person to exploit Flipsuite features - including but not limited to giveaway entries, events participation, or rewards claiming - is strictly prohibited.

Users caught violating this policy may have their accounts closed without warning. Appeals may be submitted via Discord tickets or via email to team@flipsuite.xyz.

Gas Fees and Transactions

You acknowledge that all blockchain transactions via Flipsuite wallets incur network (“gas”) fees payable by you. Fees fund the underlying decentralized networks and are non-refundable.

Flipsuite is not liable for any taxes, fees, or additional charges arising from your use of the platform, except for income taxes levied on Flipsuite’s net income.

Assumption of Risk

All deposits and withdrawals are undertaken at your sole risk. You represent that you have thoroughly reviewed and understand the smart contracts and assets involved.

Third-party content accessible via Flipsuite is provided “as-is” without warranty.

Reward System and Off-Chain Bank Functionality

1. Reward Wallet and Bank System

  • Users operating community reward programs are responsible for maintaining an adequately funded Reward Wallet to cover claims.
  • The Bank system tracks off-chain balances and reduces gas fees. Claims require sufficient funds in the Reward Wallet.
  • Failure to maintain balance may result in unfulfilled claims without liability on Flipsuite.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Exploiting or manipulating the Bank system, including falsifying off-chain balances or issuing unsupported rewards, is forbidden.
  • Violations will result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

User Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, wallets, and accounts. You agree to follow security best practices and accept full liability for unauthorized access arising from your failure to safeguard credentials.

Limitation of Liability

Flipsuite disclaims all liability for losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions related to flipwallets or accounts, except where actions are performed with your prior express authorization.

By using Flipsuite services and wallets, you accept the inherent risks including possible technical failures or security breaches outside Flipsuite’s control.
