Quests are a powerful way to drive engagement in your community by rewarding members for completing specific tasks. Whether it’s following your social media accounts, participating in onchain activities, or simply providing feedback, our Quest Engine makes it easy to create, manage, and automate these interactions.

Core concepts

To get started with Quests, it’s important to understand the key building blocks:
  • Quests: The top-level container that defines a set of tasks and rewards.
  • Tasks: Specific actions a user must perform (e.g., “Follow us on X”, “Hold 100 Tokens”).
  • Rewards: What users receive upon completing the quest (e.g., Tokens, NFTs, Points).
  • Completions: The state reached when all tasks in a quest are successfully verified.
  • Submissions: A quest completion awaiting a manual review from a team member.

Lifecycle of a Quest

  1. Create: Define the basic details like name, description, and banner.
  2. Configure: Add tasks and set up the reward structure.
  3. Activate: Publish the quest to make it available to your community.
  4. Participate: Users discover and complete tasks through your Discord.
  5. Verify: Tasks are either automatically verified or submitted to your team for review.
  6. Reward: Upon completion, rewards are distributed based on configured strategies.
