Legacy Wallets
If you were a Flipsuite user before22nd August 2025, most of your Flipwallets (depending on which chains you interacted with)
are probably using the legacy wallet system that wasn’t using Privy as an extra layer of security for your wallet.
This legacy wallet system is secure and will still be maintained moving forward, but we recommend everyone to migrate their
Flipwallets to use Privy, so they don’t miss out on future benefits and perks coming from using a Privy wallet.
How to upgrade your legacy wallet to Privy?
To migrate your legacy Flipwallet to use Privy, simply execute the/flipwallet command in Discord and click the
upgrade to privy wallet button.

Privy-based Flipwallets have a new onchain address, so you need to migrate your tokens and NFTs from your legacy
Flipwallet to the new address in order to use them in the new wallet.
How to migrate funds from legacy wallet?
After upgrading your legacy Flipwallet to Privy, you will see the migrate balance and migrate inventory buttons. Simply tap them to start migrating your balance and NFTs to the new wallet.
