Overview

To maintain a fair environment for all participants, Flipsuite provides moderation tools to manage problematic users.

Bans

If a user is found to be cheating or violating community guidelines, you can ban them from participating in your quests.
To apply a ban to a user:
  1. Go to the Quests > Settings > Moderation page.
  2. Click the Ban user from quests button.
  3. Provide the user’s Discord ID or X account handle.
  4. Choose a ban duration and enter the ban reason.
  5. Optionally choose a specific task types to ban the user from.
  6. Click the Ban user button.
After banning a user, the will be blocked from completing quests in your community until the ban expires (unless it’s permanent). You can revoke bans at any time.
