Adding X gating rules

To add your first X gating rule, go to the Gating tab in your community dashboard, switch to the Rules tab, click the Create new rule button, and choose X Gating Rule to start.

There are a couple of settings you can set when creating an X gating rule, including:
  1. Required account age:
    Minimum account age.
  2. Required account followers:
    Minimum number of followers.
  3. Required account follows:
    List of X accounts user needs to follow.
  4. Required account subscriptions:
    List of X accounts user needs to subscribe to on X.

X Gating Rule form

We can only detect follows and subscriptions on accounts that are public and aren’t restricted. You can use this tool to check if your account has been shadowbanned by X.

Result

After configuring and adding X gating rules, the Rules tab should now be populated with the gating rules you’ve created.
