Overview

Sometimes you may need to re-verify roles of your community members due to various reasons. You can do it via admin control panel in Discord.

Simply go to ⚙️ settings > 🔒 gating > 🔄 refresh panel until you are here:

To refresh a single user’s roles, select them from the dropdown menu below the message. Additionally, you can refresh roles for all users who have previously verified their roles in your server at least once.

There’s a limited number of bulk refreshes you can do per month that varies based on your current plan. You can learn more about the limits here.

How to exclude users from the refresh?

There are situations when you might want to exclude certain users from role refreshes, so their roles aren’t removed if they don’t meet required criteria. You can do it via admin control panel in Discord.

Simply go to ⚙️ settings > 🔒 gating > 📃 whitelist until you are here:

Community members having one of the roles you set here will be excluded from the automatic role refreshes.
