Auto refresh

Open Gating > Console to see your current auto refresh interval and the next scheduled run.

Automatic refresh re-checks all previously verified users in the specified interval.

Instant updates

Some rules are refreshed instantly, regardless of the auto refresh interval:
  • Point-based rules are updated instantly when balances change.
  • On Scale plans, the following rules also receive real-time updates:
    • NFT balance (on EVM chains)
    • Token balance (on EVM and Solana chains)

Bulk refresh

If you need to refresh members’ roles immediately, use Run bulk refresh in Gating > Console.

Gating bulk refresh status

  • Bulk refresh only checks users who have verified at least once.
  • Each run counts against your refresh allowance for the current billing period.
  • Role changes from the bulk refresh are posted in the set logs channel as they happen.

Refresh exemptions

To skip certain users from automatic and bulk role updates, open Gating > Settings and configure Refresh exempt roles to skip certain users during bulk refreshes.

Gating settings

Users with any role configured above will keep their roles during auto/bulk refresh.
You can use this for team members, temporary exceptions, or manual VIP overrides.
