Storefronts let you build one or more branded shops for your community and sell items directly through Discord. Each storefront can contain multiple items, and each item can grant one or more deliverables after a successful purchase.

Core concepts

  • Storefronts: The top-level catalogs your community can browse in Discord.
  • Items: The products members can purchase from a storefront.
  • Price: The payment option attached to an item.
  • Deliverables: What the buyer receives after a successful purchase.
  • Orders: Purchase records created after a buyer checks out.
  • Fulfillments: Delivery records for each deliverable in an order.

What storefronts support

  • Create multiple storefronts for different campaigns, seasons, or reward catalogs.
  • Sell items for points or supported tokens.
  • Bundle multiple deliverables (roles, points, custom) into a single item.
  • Grant timed or permanent Discord roles automatically after payment succeeds.
  • Track manual, custom items in a dedicated orders view.
  • Receive crypto payments directly into configured storefront wallets.

How storefronts work

  1. Create a storefront in your community dashboard.
  2. Add items with a price, stock rules, and one or more deliverables.
  3. Open the storefront and optionally assign a Discord channel to share it in automatically.
  4. Members purchase items in Discord (or via dashboard soon).
  5. Flipsuite records the order and starts fulfillment immediately after payment succeeds.
  6. Automatic deliverables are granted right away, while custom deliverables stay in the orders view until your team completes them.
