Set up a notification channel
Open Storefronts Settings in your community dashboard and switch to the Notifications tab.
There you can configure a Purchase notification channel - the Discord channel where all storefront purchase logs
should be posted. Once saved, Flippy will post purchase logs for successfully paid storefront orders into that channel.
It’s recommended to use a private staff-only channel for storefront notifications.
What gets posted
A storefront purchase notification includes:
- Storefront and item details
- Buyer and recipient details
- The price and deliverables attached to the order
- Whether any deliverable still needs manual action
